Report intellectual property infringement

If a listing on Reluv uses your trade mark, copyright, design or other intellectual property without permission, tell us here. This form is for rights owners and the people authorised to act for them.

What happens next

We review every complete notice and take down listings that are clearly infringing, usually within one day. We do not decide the merits of a dispute. If we remove a listing, we tell the seller and pass on your notice (without your personal contact details), and they may respond to you.

We can only act on specific listings, so please give us the web address of each one. A complete notice needs your details, the right you rely on, and a short explanation.
