11 articlesYou can open a dispute if the item hasn't arrived or isn't as described. If your order hasn't been delivered yet, you can raise a dispute 7 days after the seller marks it shipped. Once delivered, you have 48 hours to open a dispute — this window closes the moment you tap “Confirm item is OK” (which releases payment to the seller), so do not confirm if something is wrong; raise a case instead.
Reviews & feedback
6 articlesOnce an order is delivered, the buyer and the seller can each leave the other a star rating from 1 to 5 and an optional written comment. You have 7 days from delivery to leave yours, from the order in Orders (or My Sales).
