2. Pack & ship
When it sells, a pre-paid tracked label is ready in your order. Drop it off within 5 days.
3. Get paid
Funds are securely released 2 days after the buyer confirms the item. The sooner they confirm, the sooner you're paid.

Payments are processed and held securely by Stripe until your item arrives.

Track delivery in real time. Happy with it? Tap confirm. Not right? Open a dispute within 48 hours.
Fees
Simple and transparent.
For sellers
Always free to list.
You set your price and receive it in full — no selling fee, and no markup added to your listing.
A pre-paid tracked label is provided. The cost is covered by the buyer at checkout.
For buyers
The price shown is the seller's listed price — there's no platform markup on the item. Reluv's fee is the separate Buyer Protection Fee below.
Added at checkout. Keeps your payment secure with Stripe and covers dispute resolution if anything goes wrong.
Calculated based on item size and your delivery address.
Items on Reluv are sold by private individuals, not businesses, so purchases don't carry the same statutory consumer rights as buying from a business (such as the legal 14-day cancellation right). Every order is covered by Reluv Buyer Protection — your payment is held securely until you confirm the item arrived as described.
